Altaira’s Shift Surprise: Nurse Your Way to a Bonus

Are you looking for a little extra motivation to pick up an extra shift? Look no further! Altaira’s Wheel of Rewards will have you on the edge of your seat every Tuesday.

Starting this month, Altaira will be giving additional bonuses to Registered Nurses who work a selected shift of the week. How does it work? We will have a digital spinning wheel posted on our Facebook page and Instagram profile that displays the days of the week as AM, PM, and ND as shifts. Every Tuesday, we will spin the wheel and the pointer will land on a specific shift. Nurses who worked that shift will receive a bonus as a reward for their dedication and hard work.

What’s even more exciting is that the amount of the bonus and the shift chosen will change every week, keeping you on your toes and giving everyone a fair chance to win! This bonus incentive is our way of showing appreciation for our hardworking nurses and giving back to those who go above and beyond in providing exceptional care.

Terms and Conditions:

• Open to fully qualified Registered Nurses who are employed by Altaira and who work shifts at Altaira’s clients aged care/community care facilities within SA and VIC.
• Promotion commences 12 May 2024.
• If an Altaira Employee wins, the bonuses will be added to the Employee’s pay that week.
• Altaira reserves the right to change or modify the promotion at any time.
• This promotion does not apply to buddy shifts and orientation shifts.
