Altaira use a diverse range of tools to ensure our client’s experience is efficient, personalised and memorable. Through our online booking system, phones, emails, social media pages, face to face meetings and our website we continue to stay in touch in real time with our clients’ needs and requirements. The most important part of an experience with Altaira is that we show up for our clients.
In this day and digital age we believe that face to face approach and human connectivity goes a long way. Altaira would not be here without the support of our clients and staff and we therefore have a strong ethos in “giving back to our community”. We donate to our client’s Foundations, support their community initiatives, and treat their staff. For example, we recently committed to a 12-month sponsorship of our client’s Southern Cross Care’s two current Care Cars program, which connects the elderly to the community. Another way we show our support is to surprise our clients by bringing their teams a morning tea every few months. Sometimes it’s the smallest gestures that go a long way.
At Altaira, we have a strong focus on fostering these partnerships with our clients within the aged care industry but also within the recruitment industry. Altaira is a member of RSCA, and as well as being the Director of Altaira, Jelena Giro is a LASA Next Gen Ambassador, RCSA Australia and New Zealand Region Council for SA and ANRA council member.

Altaira has a strong reputation for providing experienced Nurses, Personal Care Workers, Domestics, Kitchen Hands, and Cooks for both short term and long term placements to a range of valued clients nationally.
